Even if you can't remember, did you know you're actually dreaming every night? Sometimes it might be a nightmare, and if you're lucky, sometimes it's a wonderful dream. It's pretty crazy thinking about how our minds are able to throw us into these made-up worlds and made-up situations. What's even more crazy is knowing that a lot of people also share similar dreams. 1. Falling

Have you ever been jolted awake because you dreamt you were falling in your sleep? It's kind of crazy how real it feels! That drop in your stomach is honestly such an unsettling sensation, and being forced awake like that leaves you feeling anxious and scared. 2. Being Chased

A pretty common nightmare people get is being chased by some evil entity in their dreams. Sometimes it's a monster, sometimes it's a person.
